Project Description

The Mr. Girish Residence, located in Bangalore, is a G+2 modern residential building currently in its conceptual design stage, envisioned with curvilinear façade elements and a minimalist contemporary expression. Spanning a built-up area of 6730 sq.ft on a 2640 sq.ft site, the design focuses on optimum space utilization, functionality, and aesthetic balance within the site’s regulatory framework.

The ground floor is planned as a mixed-use level, accommodating both parking, Children’s play area and a residential unit for rental purposes, ensuring efficient use of space. The first floor comprises two well-planned rental apartments, each designed to offer comfort, privacy, and natural light. The second floor (penthouse) serves as the client’s personal residence, envisioned as a modern, airy, and light-filled space.

The penthouse incorporates multiple skylights and large openings, creating a classy, modernistic, and minimalist atmosphere while ensuring excellent daylight penetration and cross-ventilation. The interplay of curves and clean lines across the façade enhances its architectural character, setting a refined and contemporary tone for the entire residence.
