Project Description
The Mr. Harsha Residence, designed and developed by RRK Associates, is a contemporary G+2 family home that harmoniously blends modern aesthetics with earthy tones. The client’s primary requirement was to create a large, open balcony on the first floor that seamlessly connects the indoor family spaces with the serene outdoors. This transitional zone acts as an extension of the living area, allowing natural light and ventilation to flow freely throughout the house, enhancing its sense of openness and comfort.
Located in a quiet, green neighbourhood, the design embraces simplicity and functionality. The material palette combines warm terracotta-toned vertical panels with clean white and grey finishes, striking a balance between traditional groundedness and modern minimalism. Generous glazing invites sunlight into the interiors while framing verdant views from every level. Thoughtful spatial planning ensures privacy, comfort, and circulation efficiency—turning the client’s aspirations for a light-filled, tranquil, and contemporary home into reality.
