Project Description

We had the opportunity to conceptualize, design, and execute the complete interior design for Black Figtech, a leading software and technology company. The project covered an area of approximately 3000 square meters, where we aimed to create a contemporary and functional workspace that reflects the company’s innovative spirit and dynamic work culture. The interior layout was strategically planned to balance collaboration, focus, and comfort—resulting in a modern, efficient, and visually appealing office environment.

The overall design includes a reception area designed to make a strong first impression with a clean, modern aesthetic and a brand-aligned visual identity. Adjacent to it, a comfortable lounge zone and waiting area provide a welcoming experience for visitors and staff alike. The workspace was designed with a combination of open-plan workstations and private cabins, ensuring flexibility and comfort for employees at all levels. The executive cabins and main official rooms are well-furnished with high-quality materials, elegant finishes, and ergonomic furniture, offering a refined and professional setting for leadership and management teams.

The design also includes multiple meeting spaces, such as a large conference room equipped with advanced audio-visual systems for presentations and virtual collaborations, and huddle rooms designed for quick team discussions and brainstorming sessions. These areas are acoustically treated to minimize disturbance and provide privacy for focused interactions. Additionally, breakout zones and collaborative corners have been integrated throughout the workspace to encourage informal discussions and creativity among employees.

The cafeteria is one of the highlights of the project—spacious, lively, and designed as a social hub for employees to unwind and connect. The interiors here feature modern furnishings, warm tones, and ample natural light to create an inviting and energizing atmosphere.

From a technical standpoint, we have incorporated updated HVAC systems to ensure optimal air quality, temperature control, and energy efficiency throughout the office. The electrical and lighting systems were carefully designed to complement the interior layout, providing efficient illumination with modern LED fixtures and automated controls. Every aspect of the mechanical and electrical planning was coordinated closely with the architectural layout to ensure seamless integration and long-term functionality.

Throughout the project, our team maintained close collaboration with the client to understand their operational needs, workflow patterns, and brand values. The final design not only meets their functional requirements but also enhances the overall employee experience by creating a vibrant, motivating, and comfortable workspace. The completed office for Black Figtech stands as a perfect blend of aesthetic appeal, technological advancement, and practical efficiency, reflecting the forward-thinking vision of both the client and our design team.
