Project Description
This personalised residence, located in the serene outskirts of Attibele, Bangalore, reflects a thoughtful integration of minimalism, functionality & contemporary design sensibilities. The home’s façade reflects a modern palette, while the spatial organization inside prioritizes openness, light, and cross ventilation.
The entrance verandah and main door form a strong visual focus — a beautifully carved wooden element framed in sleek black granite, setting a tone of elegance and tradition. The semi-covered car porch with a glass canopy allows filtered daylight while maintaining weather protection. A landscaped forecourt with a sit-out garden connects the indoors to the natural surroundings, enhancing the overall livability.
Internally, the ground floor accommodates the primary living, dining, and kitchen areas in a fluid, connected layout. The puja space is centrally positioned, adding cultural value to the design. The bedroom on the ground floor serves as a guest or elderly room, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
The first floor features spacious bedrooms with attached toilets and walk-in wardrobes, along with a family/study area. A Specially designed balcony is also planned overlooking the front garden. The terrace level provides ample scope for utility and leisure extensions.
