Project Description
The residence for Mrs. Sarala, located at Ramohalli, Bangalore, is an ongoing G + 1.5 residential project designed to balance modern aesthetics with practical living for a contemporary Indian household. Set on a compact 1200 sft site, the design accommodates three bedrooms and a multi-purpose terrace space, ensuring comfort and adaptability for a growing family.
The façade embodies a modern and futuristic appeal, achieved through the interplay of clean lines, bold geometry, and contrasting textures and materials. These elements create visual depth while maintaining simplicity and coherence in form. The spatial layout emphasizes natural light, ventilation, and seamless connectivity between private and common areas, making the home both elegant and efficient. This Project is now Ongoing.
